Learning to be Frugal

I pretty much have a shopping/spending problem. The moment I have money in my hands I can't wait to spend it. But since the economy is not great right now I realized I need to learn how to be frugal which is a challenge for me. But it's a fun and exciting challenge! My sister has been trying to get me to use coupons and shop at places like CVS for a while now and I never listened. Well now I'm ready. To help keep me accountable I am going to start taking pictures of my purchases and posting them on here along with the prices I paid and how much I've saved. I am very new to this so I know as I start out I will have more out of pocket expenses but hopefully quickly I'll learn to minimize this.
